If you do not have a Humidistat, set your thermostat to 79 degrees.
Your house should stay at a temperature and humidity level
that will prevent mold and mildew.
Replace or clean your filter before you leave for the summer.
Dirty filters have the potential to cause serious problems.
Dead batteries will prevent the air conditioning from coming on.
This will cause major problems if not caught soon enough
if you are not in residence.
Whether you are in residence or not, a clogged drain line
can cause serious damage if not caught right away.
Have someone come in and check the house at the very least
once every 3 weeks. If you do not have family or a friend/neighbor
that is willing, there are professionals that will come in for a fee
and keep you up to date with the status of your residence.
